Thursday April 12th

Despite our normal policy about canceling class if Owasso Public cancels, we will be having class again this week. Look forward to seeing you all at the dojo!

Workout (the 15 minute)

1 minute rest between each of these. Do each exercise for 1 minute.

Standing squats
Lunges
Mountain climbers
Sit-ups
Throw downs/Leg-Lifts (should be able to do 8 of these)
Pushups
Plank
