End of the semester adjustments

(reposted from FB, if you already saw that, I’m just sharing here for those that aren’t on the FB.) -JO

Good Afternoon! LOTS OF INFO! READ THE WHOLE THING!

First, I want to say congratulations to all the kids that came to the test and were prepared!! Awesome job by all of them this semester.

As I told you guys on Thursday, you have the next 2 weeks off unless you are planning on coming to the tournament on May 6th. If you are, stay tuned, I will have information on that. If not, there will be a sign-up sheet posted soon so that you can sign up to bring something for our promotion/potluck on the 11th, so keep an eye out for that. I will post more details on that as it gets closer.

Adults…..As we told you this might happen on Thursday, we are going to be making a few slight changes to this semester. Due to life and the business of it, we are going to do the testing a little differently.

April 27 – More review and fighting

May 4 – Tournament Prep – EVERYONE (including kids) that is planning on going to the May 6th Tourney please attend this week.

May 6 – WAR VIII Tournament. More details to come. ADULTS MUST COMPETE (not just come) IF THEY ARE PLANNING ON TESTING FOR THEIR NEXT BELT. I can’t stress this enough.

What I need to know from all of the eligible adults taking the test is, what Saturday would work better for you to test? This will be probably a 4-5 hour event, starting about 8 am, and we will be doing everything instead of breaking it up into 2 days. This includes promotion, so if you have any family or friends that you want there to watch, this will be the time. There is a poll below with 2 dates that I ask that you respond to.

Whew, that was a lot and I probably forgot something, but if you have any questions, please, please hit me up and I will answer it for you. I would hate for you to miss out on something because of a little confusion.

I appreciate everyone’s flexibility and working with us. You all have worked hard this semester and we are very proud of you. Again, any questions, let me know.

Love you all,

Greg
